Distinct titles sung by the congregation in the trailing 12 months: ___ / 50 maximum
Count every full congregational song title sung in the window — including Christmas and Holy Week titles, and each title in a medley — regardless of its stage (Rest and Archive titles still count until they age out). A reprise of the same title is not a new title. “Resting” a song does not free a slot today.

New-song gate (before a title enters Trial)¶
- Proposed title:
- Six criteria confirmed in writing (theology · corporate intent · ownership · singability · clear confession · pastoral use):
- Line-by-line lyric review — Scripture references, concerns, ambiguities:
- Not a secular / generic love song; congregation does not sing in God’s voice (or documented leadership exception):
- Singability (untrained voice, row 12, published key):
- Repertoire function it adds (e.g. adoration · lament · confession · sending) and what it duplicates:
- Congregation-friendly key and teach strategy agreed with the Worship Lead:
- Planned first, second, and third outings:
- In the licensed catalog (or rights cleared; originals: writer splits):
- Director approval (pastoral review if theology-sensitive):
