Minimum viable Sunday: audio healthy · live at the agreed time · you know the fallback.
Pre¶
- Destination / title / thumbnail correct
- Audio source confirmed (broadcast mix vs house matrix)
- Cameras powered; framing presets
- Recording path has disk space
- Backup hotspot / secondary path if used
- 5-minute test stream or private test when policy requires
- No routing experiments after freeze (doors)
Service¶
- Go-live at agreed time
- Watch audio meters more than vanity tiles
- Handle disconnects per Incidents & Contingencies
Post¶
- End stream cleanly
- Confirm recording landed
- Note platform warnings
