Source of truth

The plan’s attached chart + stated key/tempo beat any random YouTube memory.

When

Keys, forms, and charts are published by the keys/charts deadline — default at least 48 hours before ready-to-rehearse; the church’s actual clock lives in Our Congregation. Players acknowledge a chart or key change within 12 hours or before the next rehearsal, whichever is sooner. Rehearsal may still amend; amendments are called out.

Chart standards

  • Section labels match what the Worship Lead calls: I intro · V1 verse 1 · PC pre-chorus · C chorus · B bridge · T tag · E ending
  • Repeats and tags explicit
  • Capo notation clear for guitars
  • Lyric sheet synced for media

Keys

  • Choose for congregation first, leader second, ego never — can an untrained voice on row 12 sing it?
  • Publish the key by the deadline so vocalists can flag trouble
  • If capoing creates chaos, prefer a real key change chart

Tempos

  • BPM published when click/tracks used
  • Feel notes welcome (“straight”, “half-time chorus”, “push”)
