When we use tracks¶
- Thin band Sundays
- Specific production moments
- Click/guide for consistency
Rules¶
- Playback owner named on the plan (if blank, the Worship Lead owns playback; FOH does not guess).
- Guide/click in IEMs; congregation shouldn’t hear count-ins.
- Arrangement on chart matches track form.
- Failure plan: band can finish without tracks — if the click dies, the Worship Lead counts in and the band plays the live arrangement.
- Playing tracks in the room is not the same as sending master recordings out on a stream — see Licensing.
Tech notes¶
- Interface / laptop power locked down
- Output routing documented
- Sample rate matches session standard
- Redundant copy of session on second drive when critical
