Norms¶
- We prepare so others can relax (mundane handled → artists free)
- We celebrate catches and covers
- We don’t weaponize spiritual language to avoid practical responsibility
- We make newcomers less weird, not more
- We protect unity with pastors and the wider church
- We use Petra to clear friction, not to win arguments
