Full standards: Lyrics & Stage Displays.
Midweek rehearsal (required when scheduled)¶
- Present for prior group rehearsal (same attendance rule as band)
- Plan imported / order matches Worship Lead plan
- House / overhead on and advancing with the set
- Confidence monitors on; readable from stage
- Song forms include tags, endings, instrumentals
- Lyric accuracy = sung arrangement
- Deck/slide fixes noted before leaving
- Stand exceptions (if any) already cleared — default is confidence
Pre-service¶
- Plan imported / order matches Worship Lead plan
- Song forms include tags, endings, instrumentals
- Lyric accuracy = sung arrangement (this key/form)
- House slides: ~2–4 lines, phrase-aware breaks, high contrast
- Scripture / creed slides ready if used
- Spontaneous folder accessible
- Confidence monitors (video monitors): lyrics + section cues readable from stage
- Output to house + confidence + stream verified (no mis-routes)
- Stand exceptions (if any) confirmed with Worship Lead — default is confidence monitors
- Backup export or machine ready
Service¶
- Eyes on the Platform lead (named on the service plan)
- Next slide armed
- Advance slightly early; never dump random verses when lost
- Black/safe slide known
Post¶
- Save deck changes
- Note broken songs or unreadable confidence moments for library/tech fix
