Purpose¶
Make the platform safe, clear, and ready — instruments, mics, stands, stools, and traffic paths.
Attendance¶
- Prior group rehearsal required when scheduled for that service — see Rehearsal Standards
Owns¶
- Stage plot execution
- Cable management and trip hazards
- Mic stands, DI placement, water, towels, tablet mounts for cleared exceptions
- Quick-change instrument plans and quiet mic handoffs
- Strike and reset
Checklist¶
Run the Stage Checklist. Spine: plot matches who is playing · labels match the input list · pathways clear for pastoral moments · spare SM58 / cable / DI in the known location · hands off at freeze.
