Purpose¶
Give musicians what they need to sing and play confidently without wrecking the stage.
Owns¶
- Wedge / IEM mixes
- Cue workflow and change etiquette
- Stage volume advocacy (with Worship Lead/Tech Lead)
Attendance¶
- Prior group rehearsal required when scheduled for that service — see Rehearsal Standards
Norms¶
- Build stable mixes early at midweek; discourage constant rebuilds
- Prefer “more me in IEM” solutions over louder wedges when possible
- One talkback protocol — musicians don’t shout mid-song unless safety
- Click/guide levels consistent song to song when tracks are used
Musician etiquette (enforce kindly)¶
- Specific requests: “more acoustic in verse,” not “this feels bad”
- Freeze major mix changes after final run unless pain/safety
