- Know the weekly clock, where to park and get in, and who to text (Our Congregation)
- Meet the Worship Lead / Tech Lead and section peers
- Serve at least once in a supported slot
- Read Mission & Vision, Values, your role charter, and your quick-reference handout (save the Freedom in Form study for a team night)
- Get accounts/access to planning tools

- Welcome + culture conversation
- Protection policy and designated reporter given
- Tool access granted
- Role charter and handout walked through
- Shadow scheduled
- First serve scheduled with backup nearby
- 2-week check-in
- 30-day feedback both directions; qualified-for-solo sign-off if ready
